By making large purchases, ICE provides books to children for a fraction of the usual cost. For a tax-deductible donation of just $10, ICE can give a new, high quality book to 4 needy children in Canada or Mexico or 10 in Afghanistan. We have had Dari-Pashto language versions printed for distribution in Afghanistan and are working with partners there to provide children with books they desperately need in educational programs throughout the country.

Every time you purchase books for yourself and your own children, why not make it a practice to donate the cost of a book to ICE? This will provide books to children who have never owned one. This can be a seminal experience that changes their lifelong attitude toward reading and literature.
